摘要
透镜耦合器的耦合系数对横向错位十分敏感,因而容易受震动等环境条件的影响。介绍了一种把CO2激光器的10.6μm辐射耦合到Ge-Ag-Ni空心波导的锥形耦合器,以及该耦合器的设计和制作,并对两种耦合器的耦合系数进行了对比分析。结果表明,在抗震和长期稳定性方面。
The coupling efficiency of a lens coupler is highly sensitive to the lateral disalignment and may be affected by the environment condition such as vibration.A new taper coupler is developed for coupling 10.6 μm radiation from a CO 2 laser into Ge Ag Ni hollow waveguide.The design and fabrication of the taper coupler are presented,and the coupling efficiency of both the lens and taper coupler are measured.The results show that the performance of the taper coupler is better than that of the lens coupler for vibration environment and long term stability.
