摘要
进行了三点弯曲强度实验。结果:使用一定参量的Q开关YAG激光加工的陶瓷试件,不产生裂纹等加工缺陷,同时在表面产生了很强的压缩应力,所以试件保持了基体原有的强度和性能,从而证明了陶瓷无裂纹激光加工法具有很高的实用性和可靠性。
In order to evaluate the method of laser crack-free processing,we make a threepoint flexural strength test. It is shown that:If a Q switched YAG laser is used to process ceramics samples under certain parameters, the samples have no cracks or damages, and at the sametime laser processing creates very strong constrict stress, so samples can hold their originalstrength and properties. The result proves that the method of crack-free laser processing is ofhigh practicability and reliability
