This paper discusses the relationship of world factory, world manufacturing base and world manufacturing center; the historical course the world center came into being and its new tendencies of transforming; the conditions and restrictions China＇s manufacturing goes forward the world center and its strategy and policy on the basis of analyzing the trends, features and problems of China＇s manufacturing developing.
