摘要
针对目前国内ＩＣ卡的应用现状，提出了一卡多用的新方案；对于实现中所遇到的实用性和安全性问题，提出了将卡内存储器分区以及采用不同密钥进行加密处理等方案。
According to the status quo of IC card application, the author puts forward a new plan of multi purpose card, which will be divided into different memory areas and encoded with diverse code keys.
