摘要
在冷战格局下,从二战结束到伊朗发生革命,美国和伊朗逐渐形成了“特殊关系”。这种特殊关系是依靠双方的武器和石油交易来维系和加强的。美国希望利用这层关系推动伊朗的政治、经济改革以维护伊朗的政治稳定,确保美国在波斯湾和全球的利益。但伊朗国王认为美国需要伊朗及其丰厚的石油作为遏制苏联的工具,不会向他施加太大压力,因此没有完全听命于美国。由此产生对美国、伊朗以及两国之间的关系的严重后果。
Between the end of W W Ⅱ and the outbreak of the Iranian Revolution in cold war, U.S. and Iran came to develop the "special relationship", in which American arms played ties roles and oil took on lubricators. In order to keep Iranian political stability and American interests in Persian Gulf and the world, the American government hoped lran to advance political and economic reforms by this special relation between two countries. Considering that US needed Iranian oil and relied on Iran to contain the former USSR and that US couldn' t put much pressure on Iron, the King of Iran didn' t reply all the requests of US, which had serious effects on US, Iran and their relationship.
