摘要 水平井钻井地质导向技术建立在储集层预测基础上,通过对地质与工程参数的测量来实现水平井井身轨迹控制的实时监控,它尤其适用于复杂断块薄油气层的水平井井身轨迹控制。以作为地质导向工具的FEWD为例,较系统地介绍了其作用与特点;阐述了在Y6P3井水平井钻井井身轨迹控制过程中,通过储集层与标志层对比和岩性分析,确定最佳入靶点和最大限度地保持井身轨迹在油层中穿行的方法。Y6P3井的实钻情况表明,虽然油层的穿透率达到70%以上,但由于其记录点距钻头超过13m且其测量半径小,因此建议在复杂水平井薄油层井身轨迹控制过程中,应选用近钻头的地质导向工具,进一步提高油层的穿透率。 Geologic steering of the horizontal well drilling is the real-time monitoring technique for realizing the geologic steering of the horizontal well drilling based on reservoir prediction and through geologic and engineering parameters measurement, this technique is quite suitable for horizontal well track control, especially drilling in the thin oil-gas layers of the complicated fault blocks. Taking FEWD geologic steering tool as an example, the paper made a systematic introduction of its functions and features, and dealt with the method of determining, the optimum target-in point and making the well track pass through the oil layer at the maximum limit through reservoir & reference lamina correlation and litho logic analysis. The real drilling situation of well Y6-P3 indicated that though penetration coefficient is over 70 per cent, but due to the interval from recording point to bit exceeding 13 m and the short measuring radius, for the complex horizontal wells which are being drilled in the thin oil layers, the near-bit geologic steering tool is recommended to be used for its track controlling, thus further improving penetration capacity to the oil layers.
