摘要
钻井工程事故的监测和预报是安全钻井和优化钻井的重要研究课题之一,也是工程录井工作的主要内容。在以事故预警技术研究为背景,简述钻井工程事故监测与预报方法和存在问题的基础上,提出了采用模糊理论实现钻井工程事故预警设计的新思想和技术方法,给出了推理算法及公式,阐明了测量参数与预警结果之间的函数关系,为计算机准确、快速处理创造了条件。此外,通过构建多种事故模型知识库,可使系统有较大的灵活性和适应性,以满足不同地区的应用要求。室内实验证实,该设计系统对事故判断正确,预警输出结果合理。
Monitoring and forecasting drilling engineering accidents is one of important studying subjects for safely and optimum drilling, which is also the main content for engineering logging operation. On the basis of taking the accidents forecasting study as the background and briefly introducing the problems existed during monitoring and forecasting drilling engineering accidents, the paper put forward the new thought and technology method to realize drilling engineering accident pre-warning design by adopting fuzzy theory, presented the inference algorithm and formula and stated the function relationship between measuring parameters and pre-warning results, thus creating the condition for accurately and quickly processing by the computers. In addition, it could make the system have more flexibility and adaptability to meet the application requirement for different areas by constituting variety of accident model knowledge base. It has been proven by the indoor experiments that the design system could judge the accidents accurately and the pre-warning results are reasonable.
