妥泰单药治疗癫癎疗效观察

摘要 妥泰（Topiramate，TPM）是一种新型广谱抗癫痫药，自1999年在国内上市以来。广泛应用于各类癫痫的治疗，取得了满意疗效，尤其是单药治疗效果得到了一致的结论。我科于2002年9月设置独立的癫痫门诊，现将应用妥泰单药治疗癫痫的结果分析报道如下。
