Design of Knowledge Base Edition and Maintenance System for Raw Material' Expert System

以烧结法氧化铝生料浆配料系统为机理,设计了一套适用于一般配料系统的知识库编辑和维护系统。系统以具体生产过程为基础,将浅知识和深知识相结合为一种表现形式,以产生式知识来表示,并对该系统的知识特点进行了阐述,然后从知识的特点出发分别建立了有关配料参数、状态、关系等字典,最后对系统的管理和维护功能和实现进行了说明。实际使用效果证明了该系统的可靠性。

Based on the analysis of raw mix slurry in production of alumina with sintering and the long-period knowledge- of expert experience,a knowledge base edition and maintenance system is designed, According to production process, the shallow knowledge and deep knowledge can be unified to one.With the knowledge expression of production form,the features d the knowledge are introduced,and the dictionaries of parameters, statuses and relations are built.At hst,the realization and functions of the knowledge base edition and maintenance system are presented. The results of actual operation show the reliability of the system.
