摘要
介绍了一个用于工业高温燃烧炉燃烧情况自动监控的视觉系统。该系统采用四台具有冷却系统保护的摄像机拍摄燃烧情况,然后对获取的图像序列进行分析,获得温度分布、火焰位置变化及燃料堆高度变化等有关燃烧的特征参数,输出并控制有关部件对燃烧进行调整,以使燃料燃烧充分,提高燃烧效率并减少有害烟雾的产生。该系统已在多个企业不同类型的燃烧炉中得到应用,效果良好。
A visual, system for automatically measuring and controlling combustion engineering is presented. Four cameras with cooling system for protection are set up in the system to grab the flame lingoes. After the images are analyzed, it gets some parmeters about conbustion, such as temperature distribution, variation of flame position, volume variation of buming materials, and etc. Then the control signal can be output to control the combustion to make the materials burn efficiently and give off less poisonous fume. The system has been tested and applied in different bumers, it works satisfactorily.
