摘要
本文综述作者研究任意形状光波导中导模数值分析的一些主要结果,并对Goell方法、二维Fourier分析法和Hermite-Gauss展开法作了比较。为改进上述方法,提出了圆Fourier分析法、Fourier系数边界匹配法、全导波模分解法。优化正弦法以及改进的Hermite-Gauss展开法。
This is an overview of our study on numerical analysis of arbitrarily shaped optical waveguides. Detailed comparison is given between Goell's method, two-dimensional Fourier analysis,Hermite-Gauss expansion method as well as some methods proposed by us, such as circular Fourier analysis method, matching method on boundary of Fourier coefficients, full guide mode expansion method, optimized sine method and modified Hermite-Gauss expansion method.
