TLC与RP-HPLC法测定金诃降脂胶囊中大黄酚含量

Study on quality standard for Jinhe Jiangzhi capsuler

目的:建立测定“金诃降脂胶囊”中大黄酚的含量.方法:采用TLC与RP-HPLC法测定大黄酚的含量.结果:本法的线性范围为0.0168-0.084μgmL-1(r=0.9998,n=5),平均回收率为96.7%,RSD为l.64%.结论:RP-HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

Objective： To establish the qualit control standard for JINHE Jiangzhi capsuler（ Radixat at Rhizoma Rbei）. Methods： Radixat at Rhizoma RbeiT in soiutoon were identified by TLC, The condition of chysophanol Were determined by RP - HPLC. Results： The method was linear at the range of 0.0168 - 0.084μgmL- 1 （ r = 0.9998, n = 5） and the average recovery was 96.7 %, RSD was 1. 64%. Conclusion：The method was simple, accurate and reproducible, suitable for the quality control of the drug.
