Explanation on China's Human-centered Economics to Construct Harmonious Society

从中国人本经济学的视角审视经济社会发展目标之实质,与传统的和主流的经济学有重大区别。立足于社会主义初级阶段和经济社会大转型的基本国情,我们只能在“以人民群众为本”的真实发展中求和谐。对此可从三个方面加以分析:直面经济社会转型中的实际冲突求发展;确立化解冲突的发展思路减少无助者;坚持“以人民群众为本”建构利益与权利分享机制。

The essence of economic and social development target has a significant difference with the traditional and mainstream economics when it is examined from the view of China＇s human- centred economics. Considering China＇s basic state situation that China still stays at the primary stage of Socialism and in the great transition of economy and society, we can only seek harmony in the real development resulting from carrying out the guideline of ＂putting people first＂. It can be analyzed from at least three aspects：to seek growth by standing up to the real conflict in social transition;to establish the growth idea by dissolving the conflict and reduce the number of helpless persons ; and to structure the sharing mechanism of both interests and rights by sticking to the guideling of ＂putting people first.
