摘要
以105份有效试问卷为样本,采用探索性因素分析,得到构成领导能力的7个主因素。运用皮尔逊相关分析得出构成领导能力的7个主因素与员工任务绩效和关联绩效均呈显著正相关;运用典型相关分析可得出领导能力对员工绩效的影响程度。依据研究结论提出相关建议。
On the basis of the 105valid testing questionnaires, factor analysis has been used in this paper for analyzing the 7key factors of leader ability, and formed the formal questionnaires. 404 formal questionnaires have been called back from the companies in the east and west China. Pearson correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis have been used for analyzing the data of those questionnaires, the results showed that ( 1 } the marked positive correlation is between the 7 key factors of leader ability and all of staff task performance and context performance; (2) leader ability is the important in fluence of staff perfor- mance. Based on the analysis, hereinabove some advices have been put forward in this paper.
