摘要
在缺磷和低磷胁迫条件下,对不同基因型大豆苗期磷吸收利用的差异进行了研究.结果表明:缺磷胁迫下,磷高效基因型(K1、K2)叶部的吸磷量均大于磷中效(Z1、Z2)、低效(M1、M2)基因型,但根、茎的吸磷量与磷中效基因型差异不明显;低磷胁迫下,磷高效基因型根、叶的吸磷量均大于磷中、低效基因型,但茎部吸磷量与磷中效基因型差异不明显.缺磷和低磷胁迫下,磷高效基因型磷利用率的适应性均未表现出优势.磷高效基因型并非所有性状的适应性均能表现出优势.
Under the condition of no P and lower P stress, difference in absorption and utilization of phosphorus among different soybean genotypes at seedling stage were studied, the results showed : under on P condition, K1 and K2 have larger P content than that of Z1, Z2, M1 and M2 in leaf, but there is not difference between higher P- efficiency genotypes and intermediate P- ef- ficiency genotypes in P content in root and leaf; under lower P condition, K1 and K2 have larger P content than that of Z1 ,Z2,M1 and M2 in root and leaf,but there is not difference between K1, K2 and Z2 in P content in shoot. The results of the study also showed that under the condition of no P and lower P stress, the adaptability to P deficiency of utilization rate of P of higher P- effi- ciency genotypes do not display advantages. It is not true that the adaptability to P deficiency of all characteristics of p efficient genotypes has an advantage over intermediate P - efficiency and lower P - efficiency genotypes.
