提出建立以地市(盟)为区划的猪人工授精工作指导中心,全面开展猪人工授精的组织和指导工作．大力培养适合农村牧区发展养猪需要的农民输精员队伍．建立以乡镇、苏木为输精单位的民间人工授精站和家庭人工授精站．形成精液商品化、供精规模化、技术产业化和服务社会化的猪人工授精网络．

The construction of an artificial insemination center of pigs are put forward in the district. It will organize and direct the work of artificial insemination. A large number of farmers, inseminators are trained to fit with the needs of countrysides and pastoral areas for raising pigs. Insemination stations in town and family are built in villages and towns. A network of semen commercialization, supply semen on a large scale, technology industry and social service system are formed at artificial insemination of pigs.
