摘要 通过查阅文献,探讨了游离脂肪酸导致胰岛素抵抗的可能机制和耐力运动改善胰岛素抵抗的可能机制方面的内容,为胰岛素抵抗的研究领域提供了理论依据． The article discussed the likely mechanism of insulin resistance induced by free fatty acid and how endurance training improve the insulin resistance by consulting the correlative docu- ments, in order to provide the theoretical evidence for the research of insulin resistance.
