Linkages Among Technology Standard, Technology Alliance and Innovation Systems

本文认为,技术标准、专利技术和技术市场是三者统一的,中国产业和企业制定技术标准的两个指标是自主创新能力和市场,因而,应当在创新体系中建设技术联盟。技术标准对于我国产业和企业发展来说,既是威胁也是机会。

The key points in the paper are: technology standard, patent technology and market are integrated in a system; the two indicators that China′s industries and enterprises emphasize in setting technology standards are capability of doing self-determination innovation and marketing competition; for this reason, it is necessary to build up the technology alliances in the innovation systems; the technology standard is both a threat and an opportunity for China′s industries and enterprises.
