不同工艺人参提取物的指纹图谱初探

Primary Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Ginseng Extracts with Different Process

目的考察不同工艺的人参标准提取物的指纹图谱之间的差异。方法采用不同型号的大孔树脂纯化人参提取物,分别对D101、AB-8、D3520、HPD-100、Dx-5树脂的提纯物进行指纹图谱分析,比较各工艺之间的图谱差异。结果不同提取工艺制备的人参提取物谱图具有很大的差异。结论利用不同的大孔树脂制备的人参提取物的组成成分具有较大的差异,为保持提取物化学成分的相对稳定,故树脂不能互相替代。

Objective To find difference on HPLC fingerprint of ginseng extracts with different process. Methods Alcohol extracts of ginseng were separated and purified by different types of macroporous resins. Ginseng extracts were purified by D101, AB 8, D3520, HPD 100, Dx-5 macroporous resins, respectivey;and were analyzed by HPLC fingerprint. Results It is much different with different process for HPLC fingerprint of Ginseng extracts. Conclusion The component of standard extracts of Panax ginseng with different macroporous resins was not composed of same chemical compound. So types of macroporous resins can not to he replaced each others for maintain relatively stable of chemical component of Ginseng extracts.
