摘要
本文简要分析了合作式数字参考咨询的产生背景和含义,介绍了我国几个主要的合作式数字参考咨询服务系统(全国信息资源协作网、NSTL的参考咨询服务、上海市中心图书馆的网上联合知识导航站、中山图书馆的图书馆专家联合导航系统、国家科学数字图书馆的参考咨询系统、CALIS联合虚拟参考咨询系统)的现状,分析了我国合作式数字参考咨询服务的特点及目前存在的问题,并提出了相应的发展对策重视推广宣传;完善合作机制;加强政策引导;规范标准;加强资源共享。
