摘要
介绍了一种基于IGD515EI构成的IGBT串联应用的驱动电路,能够提供最大15A的驱动电流,采用光纤传输控制信号,解决了所有与MOSFET和IGBT有关的驱动、保护和电位隔离问题。应用结果表明,该驱动电路使用简单、可靠,具有优良的驱动和保护性能,尤其是其联合运用端口的设计非常适用于IGBT的串联使用。采用串联IGBT作为刚管调制器的放电开关,解决了单只IGBT耐压不够的问题。文中还介绍了IGBT栅极驱动电路和IGBT电压均衡电路的设计方法,并给出调制器的输出波形。
IGDS15EI based drive circuit for the series connected IGBT is introduced. It can provide maximally 15A of driving current. Adopting optical fibers for control signal transmission, the driver can solve all the problems regarding drive, protection and voltage insulation for MOSFET and IGBT. The actual application shows that the circuit is simple and reliable with excellent drive and protection performances. Especially the design of combined port is very applicable to series connected IGBT. The series connected IGBT used as the discharging switch of the rigid modulator overcomes low insulated voltage of single IGBT. The design of the grid-driven circuit and the voltage balancing circuit for IGBT are also introduced, giving the output wave of the modulator.
