摘要
本研究的目的在于探讨猴翼外肌上下头在开闭口运动时的肌电表现。利用健康猕猴5只,于全身麻醉下手术解剖暴露翼外肌的上下头,直视下将电极插在该部位。使用O.T.E.Biomedica肌电仪,待猴清醒后,分别记录其自然状态下开、闭口及咀嚼运动时翼外肌上、下头的肌电活动。本研究的肌电图结果显示,猴翼外肌上下头功能协调一致,均表现为开口时收缩,闭口时无收缩。作者的观察结果不支持以往认为翼外肌上下头功能完全相互独立的观点。
Thepurposeofthepresentstudyistoobservetheelectromyogram(EGM)manifesta-tionsofthelateralpterygoidmuscle(LPM)inmonkeyduringmouthopeningandclosingmove-ments.Thelateralpterygoidmuscleoffivehealthymonkeys(macaques)wasexposedbyoperationundergeneralanesthsiaandtheelectropolarneedleswereplacedintothesuperiorandinferiorheadofLPMrespectively.TheEMGmanifestationsofthesuperiorandinferiorheadofLPMwererecordedbyO.T.E.BiomedicaEMGRecorderduringthenaturalconditionandthemovementsofopeningandclosingmouthaftercompleterecoveryfromanesthesia.Ithasbeenfoundthatthetwoheadsactedsynergisticalyonlyinopeningmovementandnoactivitywasnotedinclosingmovement.ThisfindingdisagreeswiththepreviousviewpointthatthefunctionofthesuperiorandinferiorheadofLPMisin-dependent.
