电子整机布线的电磁兼容预测与知识库建库技术研究

摘要 线缆之间的电磁耦合(串扰)是影响电子整机布线可靠性及效率的主要因素之一。通过对整机线缆之间串扰的分析,运用有限元软件为工具进行电磁兼容性预测并初步建立了针对整机布线软件的EMC知识库。将分析所得结果融入到所构建的EMC知识库中,并应用到整机布线软件中,提高了电子整机布线的可靠性和效率。 Cross-talk noise between cables in electronic equipment is one of important factors affecting reliability and efficiency of wire routing. Through analysis of cross-talk noise between cables, a method of Predicting electromagnetic compatibility by using FEM simulator is presented in this paper. Also the EMC knowledge base related to wire routing software built preliminarily. The results of analysis were put in EMC knowledge base we constructed. Futhermore, EMC knowledge base was applied to electronic equipment wire routing software, thus improving reliability and efficiency of wire routing.
