摘要
安全是航空的头等大事,直接影响到航空公司的声誉、经济效益,乃至生存。科学合理的安全评估便于有针对性地查找航空公司自身缺陷,提高其安全管理水平。本文在综合考虑航空公司安全影响因素的前提下,建立了安全评估指标体系。鉴于指标体系复杂,主观和客观数据同时存在,增加了评估难度。针对评估数据的模糊性和不确定性,采用D-S证据融合方法确定权重,利用模糊多属性决策方法,对安全进行综合评估。实证分析表明:本文提出的方法科学、有效,可以指导航空公司的安全管理工作。
Safety is much more important for airlines, which can decide the credit, benefit so as to survival. Airline can find the shortcomings and improve the safety management by the scientific and subjective evaluation method. But the index system of safety evaluation is much more complex, also subjective and objective information exits. The characteristics introduce the difficulty for safety evaluation. In order to overcome the obstacles, fuzzy multi-attribute decision model based on D-S data fusion has been built for dealing with fuzzy and uncertain information. Example shows that the method is scientific and effective, which can guide the airlines to improve the airline safety management.
