尿白蛋白排出率与高血压肥胖之间关系的探讨

A prospective study of relationship between UAE and hypertension,obesity

测定了７８７例糖耐量正常者尿白蛋白排出率（ＵＡＥ）。结果显示ＵＡＥ中位数为５．２０μｇ／ｍｉｎ（１．１３～８７．１μｇ），伴高血压者ＵＡＥ明显高于正常血压者。在不同血压组中肥胖者的ＵＡＥ和服糖后２小时血糖高于非肥胖者。此外．高血压组体重指数（ＢＭＩ），血压，甘油三酯（Ｔｇ），ＢＵＮ，Ｃｒ明显高于正常血压组。多元回归分析显示ＵＡＥ与ＢＭＩ，平均动脉压（ＭＢＰ），Ｃｒ呈正相关，与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃｈ）呈负相关。提示ＵＡＥ与血管病变常见的危险因素有关。

Urinary albumin excretion(UAE)was measured in 787 subjects with normal glucose tolerance. The results showed that the median UAE was 5.20μg/min(range from1.13 to 87.1μg/min).UAE was higher insubjects with hypertension than those without hypertension,and UAE and 2h blood sugar on 75 g OGTT werehigher in obesity than that of nonobesity with variant blood pressure levels,In addition,while HDL-Ch and Ccrwere lower than those with normal blood pressure,Multiple analysis showed UAE level was positively related toBMI,MBP,Cr,and was negatively related to HDL-Ch.It was suggested that UAE was increased with hypertentionand obesity,and UAE level was related to main risk factors of cardiovasular diseases.
