摘要 [目的]探讨自我护理教育对哮喘病人自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。[方法]采用实验性研究设计,将80例哮喘病人随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组采用一般的健康教育,干预组采用能改善自我护理能力的、个体化的、国际标准的自我护理教育。[结果]干预组的自我护理能力较对照组明显提高;干预组生活质量总分较对照组明显提高(P<0.001)。[结论]自我护理教育能有效地提高哮喘病人的自我护理能力,进而提高生活质量。 Objective: To probe into the influence of self - care education on both self- care ability and quality of living of asthma patients. Method: A total of 80 asthma patients were divided into test and control group randomly based on experimental design. Patients of control group were offered general health education. While patients of the test group were given individualized and international standard self- care education. That can improve their ability of taking care of themselves. Result: The self - care ability of test group patients had promoted remarkably than that of control group. The total scores of living quality assessed via AQLQ in test group patients were higher than that of control group cases (P〈0. 001 ). Conclusion: Self- care education can improve both asthma patients' self - care ability and quality of living effectively.
