Study of the Nano Ti(CN) Base Cermets

摘要 对纳米晶Ti(CN)基金属陶瓷进行了初步的研究;与较粗Ti(CN)基金属陶瓷相比,纳米Ti(CN)基金属陶瓷表现更加均匀的球形结构;由于细化的结构和强化的粘结相,纳米结构金属陶瓷具有不同的韧化机理,其断裂韧性要比微米金属陶瓷提高50%。 In this paper the nano Ti (CN) base eermets was investigated. The nano Ti (CN) base cermets appeared more uniform spherical shape structure and a different toughening mechanism. Because fine structure and strengthened binder phase, the fracture toughness of nano Ti(CN) base cermets was increased by 50% comparing with the micron one.
