摘要
局部界面混凝土剥离或粘贴失效是粘贴碳纤维布加固混凝土构件的常见缺陷,导致加固构件的受力状态与现有的计算模型之间存在着一定的差异,对加固构件的安全性和使用性能造成潜在的影响。结合实际加固工程中常见的轴心受拉构件和受弯构件,分析了剥离对不同荷载作用下加固混凝土构件受力性能的影响机理。研究结果表明,局部的剥离或粘结失效降低了碳纤维布对加固混凝土构件裂缝的抑制能力及刚度提高幅度,裂缝区碳纤维布的应力集中程度不同是导致这一差异的主要原因。最后提出了可供工程技术人员参考的应对措施。
Partial cover delaminations or stick failures between the FRP system and the concrete are common defects in strengthened RC members. This results in a certain differences between the stressed state of reinforced members and the existing calculation models, and also has the potential influence on the safety and function of the reinforced members. Combining with the axial tension members and bending members commonly used in the practical strengthened engineering, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of delaminations on the reinfor cedconcrete members' stress performance in the different loads. The research findings show that partial delaminations or stick failures restrain the CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) from reducing the width of cracks of the reinforced concrete members and from increasing the rigidity of the reinforced concrete members. The main resulting reason for this difference comes from the various stress concentration of the CFRP in the crack areas. Finally, the paper proposes some corresponding measures to be used as reference for the engineering teachnicians.
