中国水资源质量评价概述

Brief Introduction to Water Resources Quality Assessment of China

对全国江河、重要供水水源地、沿海经济开放地区、长江干流近岸水域水资源质量和主要江河典型河段有机污染、主要湖泊（水库）的水资源质量以及北方五省区与海河流域的地下水资源质量现状进行了概述，对水污染危害、水污染事故及水污染危害的经济损失估算情况作了简要介绍。由此可以得出：我国水资源质量在下降，水环境污染总体呈加重趋势，情势十分严峻，必须加强水资源的保护工作。

This paper introduces the water resources quality in the rivers of the whole country, important domestic water resources for water supply, water areas along the Yangtze River mainstream, coastal areas with high economy development, main lakes (reservoirs) and, moreover, surveys the present condition of groundwater quality in five northern provinces (autonomous regions) and the Haihe River Basin and the organic pollution in the typical courses of the large rivers. The paper also takes into consideration of the serious profits loss arising from water pollution and cites instances in illustration of water pollution accidents and their perniciousness. Hereof, the paper concludes that the water resources quality of China has been getting into deterioration and water environment pollution been going to seriousness. Under this grim situation, ws should spare no efforts on national water resources protection.
