摘要
在盆栽条件下,研究了接种VA菌根对黄檗实生苗生长的影响。结果表明:接种丛枝菌根真菌能显著促进黄檗幼苗的生长。感染VA菌根的黄檗幼苗,成活率、生长量、植株光合速率、蒸腾速率及抗旱能力等均显著提高,尤以摩西球囊霉和透光球囊霉效果显著。
An experiment was conducted to study the effect of Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizal （VAM） fungi on the pettedseedling growth of Phellodendron amurense. Results showed that VAM fungi can remarkably promote the growth of P. amutense seedlings. The survival rate, increment, photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate and drought-resistance of seedlings infected by VAM fungi were all significantly improved, especially by Glomus mosseae and G. diaphanum.
