摘要 以人工栽培的北豆根为研究对象,从形态特征、生境条件、物候期、地下根状茎及地上主蔓生长等方面,对北豆根生物学特性及生长发育规律进行了研究。结果表明:人工栽培的北豆根与野生北豆根在生物学特性上无差异,不需进行栽培驯化。不同年龄北豆根一级根状茎在根长、根径上差异显著,在数量上差异不显著。根状茎平均分布深度为13cm,根冠比为9.1∶1。 The biological characteristics and the rhythm of growth and development of cultivated Asiatic moonseed (Menispermum dahuricum DC. ) were studied in terms of morphological characteristics, habitat conditions, phenological phase, rhizome and main vine above ground. Results showed that there is no difference between the cultivated Asiatic moonseed and the wild one in biological characteristics. It doesn't need to be cultivated and acclimatized. There are significant differences for Asiatic moonseed at different ages in root length and rhizome, while the difference in number is not evident. The distributing depth of rhizomes is 13 cm in average, and the root-shoot ratio is 9.1 : 1 in weight.
