摘要
探讨了影响水性聚氨酯复膜胶粘接性能的各种因素,并对它们的影响规律做了初步研究。发现低聚物多元醇、异氰酸酯和固化剂的种类及用量,以及胶本身的表面张力和固含量是影响粘接性能的主要因素。
The article discussed factors effecting the bonding properties of waterborne polyurethane laminating adhesives and studied the affecting patterns of these factors. The result showed that the main effecting factors were the kind and percent of polyols oligomer, diisocyanate and curing agent, and the surface tension and solid percent of the adhesives.
