摘要
根据中小型电机的结构特点,给出了定子绕组等效导热系数的计算方法,计算了气隙和散热翅的对流换热系数,并以一台小型感应电机为例,建立了定子二维温度场的泛函方程,采用有限元法计算了空载和额定负载运行时电机的温度场。通过把数值计算的结果与实测值进行比较,验证了所采用计算模型及方法的合理性,为准确计算中小型感应电机定子温度场提供了帮助,得出一些有益的结论。
According to the features of small- and medium-sized induction motors, the method of calculating the equivalent thermal conductivity factor of stator winding was given, and so the heat exchanging coefficients of air gap and cooling ribs are calculated. Taking a small-sized induction motor for example, the functional equation of stator 2-D temperature field of the motor operating at no-load and rated load was established and calculated by finite element method. The validity and accuracy of the adopted model and method were verified by comparing the calculated values with tested ones, which can give some helps for calculating the stator temperature field of small-and medium-sized induction motors. At last some good conclusions were obtained.
