摘要
目的:建立柴胡皂苷a的含量测定方法,并测定41种不同产地柴胡中的皂苷a含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),伊利特C18柱,以乙腈水(40:60)为流动相,流速:1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长:210nm。结果:柴胡皂苷a在1.92~19.20pg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994。平均回收率为%.74%。RSD为1.6%。结论:不同产地柴胡中的皂苷a含量差异较大。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine of saikosaponin a in Bupleurum from 41 samples in Gansu. METHODS Yilite-C18 column was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrilc-water (40:60),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL· min^-1 and detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. RESULTS The linear range of saikosaponin a was 1.92 - 19. 20 μg(r = 0. 999 4), the average recovery and RSD value of saikosaponin a were 96.74% and 1.6%. CONCLUSION Contents of saikosaponin a from various origin are different significantly.
