摘要
目的:研究血糖水平和颅脑损伤严重程度及预后的关系。方法:分析急性颅脑损伤病人GCS评分、预后与血糖浓度的关系,探讨急性颅脑外伤后病人血糖升高的机制。结果:GCS评分低于6分者,其高血糖的发生率明显高于GCS评分高于6分者(P<0.01)。急性颅脑损伤预后与平均血糖浓度负相关。结论:急性颅脑损伤后血糖水平能够作为判定病人伤情及预后的一个指标。伤者越重,血糖浓度越高,其预后愈差。对于颅脑外伤的病人,应视血糖水平尽早给予一定量的胰岛素,以预防控制高血糖,可能有助于改善预后。
Objective：To explore the relationship between the level of blood glueese and the severity and prognosis of craniocerebral injury. Methods：To analyze the relationship among Glasgow coma scale （GCS）, prognosis of disease and blood glucose concentration （ BGC）, and to explore the mechanisms of hyperglycemia. Resuits.The incidence of hyperglycemia was higher in group with GCS less than 6 scores than that in group with GCS more than 6 scores （P 〈 0.01）. The prognosis of acute craniocerebral injury was reversely correlated with average BGC. Conclusion： The level of BG is one indicator for assessing the severity and prognosis of acute craniocerebral injury. The higher BGC increasing with severity of disease indicates worse prognosis. Early administrating insulin for preventing hyperglycemia is helpful to improving prognosis of disease.
