白内障患者术前与术后生活质量调查分析

Investigation on Patient's Quality of Life Before and After Cataract Surgery

目的:评估内蒙古贫困县白内障手术对患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用日常视觉活动项目对术前及术后3个月以上患者进行问卷调查,问卷设计针对适合农民生活的项目。结果:根据问卷调查结果显示白内障所致的视力残疾使患者行为能力降低,生活质量下降,通过白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术可显著提高患者的视力及生活能力,使他们行为能力明显提高。结论:从本次调查证明白内障患者手术后生活质量明显改善,希望对贫困地区白内障患者的手术率能有更进一步提高,使更多患者通过白内障手术复明,减轻社会和家庭负担。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of cataract extraction on patient＇ s quality of life. Methods： The vision relatd quality of life questionnaires were completed by the patients before and after surgery at least 3 months. Results： The indicators of the behavior activity, especiall improved vision function were significantly higher than those o y the basic life activity of the patients with the f the non - sugery patients. Conclusion： Vision function has improved very significantly after cataract sugery, the patients＇ s quality of life were improved significantly.
