摘要 目的:综述肿瘤血管生成的分子机制。方法:查阅文献。结果:肿瘤血管生成是一个复杂的过程,有多种生长因子、胞外基质(ECM)组分、蛋白水解酶、细胞黏附分子以及癌基因和抑癌基因等参与反应。结论:肿瘤血管生成的分子机制还需要真正全面了解,而肿瘤血管生成抑制剂的研制为肿瘤治疗提供了新的更为广阔的前景。 Objective:To review the molecular mechanism of tumor angiogenesls. Method:Consulting literatures. Result:Tumor angiogenesis was a complex process. Many molecules such as growth factors, extracellular matrix (ECM), proteases, cell adhesion molecules and oncogenes, tumor suppression genes involved in it. Conclusion:The molecular mechanism of tumor anglogenesis needs to be studied truly and completely. Research on tumor angiogenesis inhibitors provides a new and wide prospect for treating tumor.
