摘要
目的:探讨Cyclin D1在卵巢肿瘤发生中的作用及其预后关系。方法:阅读国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果:Cyclin D1在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥着“中央靶”的作用。Cyclin Dl在卵巢肿瘤的发生、发展中所起的作用还存在争议。结论:Cyclin Dl与卵巢肿瘤的发生、发展的关系还有待进一步的研究。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Cyclin D1 on the genesis of ovarian tumor and its association with the prognosis. Methods： Reading the literatures home and abroad, then summarizing them. Results： Cyclin D1 acts as the＂central target＂in the oncogenesis, Literature data for the relation of Cyclin D1 and ovarian tumors are controversial. Conclusion： The relationship between Cyclin D1 and ovarian tumors meeds further research.
