摘要
本文提出一种广义电容矩阵的方法,用以优化设计TEM传输线梳状及交指滤波器。文中引入了基次及高次TEM模,模式电容及其互电容,负载电容等概念,把原先只考虑空间电容的矩阵扩展为包括各次TEM模式电容在内的广义电容矩阵,这就可以把矩阵级联法用于复杂结构的计算,提高了优化设计的灵活性及计算精度和速度。
A method of generalized capacitance matrix is presented in this paper, which can be used to calculate TEM transmission line comb-line filter and interdigital filter. The concepts of modal capacitance, fundamental and high order mode, mutual capcitance and load capacitance are introduced in the generalized capacitance matrix. So a complex structure can be solved by cascading of these matrices. We can get high flexibility of the optimal design, and the computing speed and accuracy are improved greatly.
