刺葡萄籽油软胶囊治疗高脂血症48例总结

A Summary on 48 Cases of Hyperlipidemia Treated by Seed of Romanet Grape Oil Soft Capsule

目的:探讨刺葡萄籽油软胶囊对高脂血症的降脂疗效。方法:将高脂血症患者92例随机分为治疗组48例和对照组44例,治疗组服刺葡萄籽油软胶囊,对照组服安慰剂。结果:治疗组和对照组相比,总胆固醇明显下降,高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇升高,P<0.05。结论:刺葡萄籽油软胶囊治疗高胆固醇血症有一定疗效,并能进一步升高高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇水平。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect on hyperlipidemia treated by seed of romanet grape oil soft capsule. Method：94 cases were randomly divided into 48 as treatment group and 44 cases as control group. Cases in the treatment group were treated by seed of romanet grape oil soft capsule and cases in the control group were treated by placebo. Results： total cholesterol was decreased markedly and high density lipoprotein was increased in the treatment group as compared with the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Seed of romanet grape oil soft capsule had certain effect for treating hyperlipidemia and could promote the level of high density lipoprorein.
