摘要
目的:观察心先安对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者左室舒张功能的影响。方法:96例AMI患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规方法治疗;治疗组在常规方法治疗的基础上加用心先安注射液90~20mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液(或生理盐水)250ml中静脉滴注,每日1次。两组疗程均为2周。分别于治疗前和治疗后2周行心脏超声心动图,测定每搏量、心排血量、心排血指数、左心室射血分数、室壁增厚率、左心室短轴缩短率等。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组病人的心排血量、每搏量、心排血指数、左心室射血分数、室壁增厚率、左心室短轴缩短率改善明显,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05),其中每搏量、左心室射血分数与对照组亦有显著性差异(P〈0.0S);对照组以上指标治疗后虽有改善,但与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:在常规方法治疗AMI的基础上用心先安注射液,能有效地改善患者的左室舒张功能,从而改善患者的左心功能。
Objective- Observe Megluminecy -clic adenglote influence on the acute myocardium patient's left room diastole function ofinfarct ( AMI ). Methods :96 AMI patients are divided into two groups at random, contrasting the group adopts the routine methed to treat; Treat the group to add and put into 5% of the glucose injectio with injectio 90 ~ 120mg of Megluminecy - clicadenglote on the basis of the thing that the routine method is treated (or physiological saline) the vein instilled in 2.50ml, 1 times a day. Results: Two groups of course of treatment are 2 weeks. Treating the group patient's amount of blood arranged of heart, the fighting amount each time, the heart arranges the blood index, the left ventricle penetrates the mark of blood, the room wall increases the thick rate, the shortening rate of stub axle of left ventricle is improving brightly, apparently, relatively having a significance difference (P 〈 0.05 ), person who fight each time among them, left ventricle penetrate blood mark and contrast group for significancedifference ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; There were improvements after contrasting the index of the above -mentioned group and treating, relatively there is not a significance difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) with treating. Conclusion: Meglumineey - clic adenglote injectio on the basis of treating AMI in routine method can improve the patient's left room diastole function effectively , thus improve the patient's left heart function.
