表皮葡萄球菌性慢性前列腺炎的诊治分析

Management of staphylococcus epidermidis in chronic bacterial prostatitis

目的:研究慢性细菌性前列腺炎与表皮葡萄球菌的关系以及细菌检测和耐药试验的临床价值。方法:从416例慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液细菌中检出表皮葡萄球菌78例,并根据药敏结果选择抗生素治疗,采用慢性前列腺炎症状指数NIH-CPSI评价疗效。结果:416例中表皮葡萄球菌阳性33.3%,对几类常用抗生素喹诺酮类、氨基糖甙类、β-内酰胺类均有较高耐药性,对万古霉素耐药极少,根据药敏结果选择多联抗生素治疗最有效。结论:葡萄球菌已是慢性细菌性前列腺炎的主要致病菌,其中表皮葡萄球菌最常见。规范的前列腺液细菌检测及药敏试验对临床诊治具有指导意义。

Objective：To study the relationship between chronic bacterial prostatitis and staphylococcus epidermidis and the clinical significance Of staphylococcus epidermidis in expressed prostatic secretion （EPS）. Methods ： Bacterial culture and antimicrobial agents sensitivity test were applied to sample from 416 patients with chronic prostatitis, then chooosing antimicrobial agent according tO the resuits. Results： staphylococci Epidermidis were found in 62 cases （33.3%） ,with high rate of drug resistance ineludingβ-lactamases, quinolones and aminoglycosides but vancomycin. Conclusions：Staphylococci steyrhylccocci epidermidis are a main kind of chronic bacterial prostatitis. It is important to apply bacterial culture and sensitivity test in EPS for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis.
