代谢综合症患者的综合干预研究规划

A Research Programme of the Synthetic Intervention to the Metabolic Syndrome Patients

目的:通过健康管理对代谢综合症患者的综合干预达到有效控制该病发展和并发症发生。方法:对有代谢综合症患者随机分干预组和对照组进行健康管理,充分利用综合手段,包括:手机短信、电子邮件、药物、理疗、针灸等对干预组进行个人不良生活行为、疾病干预。两年后对比两组管理率、知晓率、治疗率、好转率等。结果:干预组在管理率、知晓率、治疗率、好转率等指标要好于对照组,并在统计学上有显著性意义。

Objective： Synthetically intervene the Metabolic Syndrome （MS） patients through health control, and effectively try to control the development of the disease and the occurrence of the disease complication. Methods： MS Patients are randomly divided into the intervention group and the comparison group. Control them in a health way and make the most of all the possible means to intervene their bad life habits and diseases of the patients in the intervention group： such as, by mobile -phone massages, e- mails , medicine , physical therapy ,acupuncture and so on, Compare the management rate, awareness rate, treatment rate and cure rate of the two groups in two years . Results： In order to achieve the improvement in management rate , awareness rate, treatment rate and curative rate of the intervention group over the comparison group and it will have an obvious significance in statistics.
