腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理

Nursing of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的护理要点。方法：对40例LC患者进行临床观察和护理。结果：本40例均顺利完成LC，无1例中转开腹手术。术后因钛夹松脱致胆漏1例。手术时间40～150min，平均85min。术后平均住院时间4．8d。全部治愈出院。35例随访6～12个月，平均7．5个月，无远期并发症。结论：LC效果好，传统的开腹胆囊切除术的护理模式已不能适应该手术的要求，需要建立新的护理模式与其适应。

Objective：To discuss the nursing main points of laparoseopic cholecysteetomy（LC） in patients. Methods： Clinical observation and nursing of 40 cases of LC patients in this hospital from February 2003 to February 2005. Results：The operation was sueeessfully accomplished in all the 40 eases, without conversion to open surgery. The complication included 1 ease of bile leakage caused by the detachment of titanic clips. The operation time was 40 -150min（ mean, 85min）. The mean length of postoperative hospital stay was 4.8days. All the patients were cured and discharged from the hospital. Follow - up for 6 - 12 months revealed barely visible sears in the 35 patients （mean, 7.5months）. No long -term complications were seen. Conclusions： LC is effectual, the traditional one makes the nursing mode of excising the skill of belly eholecysteetomy and can＇t already meet the request that should perform the operation. A new nursing mode needs being set up.
