全酶法测定血浆1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇在全自动生化分析仪上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:利用全自动生化分析仪Hitachi7170A检测糖尿病血糖控制指标1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇(1,5-Anhydrogluci-tol,简称1,5-AG)。方法:利用全酶法对112例正常成人血浆中1,5-AG水平进行测定。结果:1,5-AG平均水平是(135.80±15.30)μmol/L。结论:1,5-AG可利用全自动生化分析仪进行监测。 Objective: To detect 1,5-AG by fully enzymatic method on automatic analyzer(Hitachi 7170A). Methods: To measure the plasma 1,5-AG of 112 healthy volunteers by fully enzymatic method. Results: Serum 1,5-AG was (135.80±15.30)μmol/L, it is similar to the overseas reports. Conclusion: The method of detecting 1.5-AG on automatic analyzer was established.
