妈富隆与倍美力治疗皮下埋植避孕剂术后子宫异常出血的疗效观察

Evaluation the clinical effect of marvelon and premarin on women with abnormal uterine bleeding after Norplant implantation for contraception

目的:观察口服妈富隆与倍美力治疗皮下埋植避孕剂术后子宫异常出血的疗效。方法:选择皮下埋植避孕术后发生子宫异常出血的妇女218例,采用随机单盲方法分为妈富隆组、倍美力组和对照组。妈富隆组口服妈富隆1片qd×21d,倍美力组口服倍美力0.625mgqd×21d,对照组不给予任何药物。结果:倍美力和妈富隆组经治疗后平均流血时间均较对照组减少(P<0.01)。妈富隆组治疗后平均流血时间、每一疗程自治疗日期开始至停止流血的时间均较倍美力组减少(P<0.05)。结论:妈富隆与倍美力均能治疗皮下埋植避孕术所致子宫异常出血,且妈富隆的治疗效果更为突出。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of marvelon and premarin on women with ab- normal uterine bleeding after norplant implantation for contraception. Methods： The women of 218 with abnormal uterine bleeding after norplant implantation for contraception, were divided into three groups, one of them was assigned to receive marvelon for 21 days, another received premarin for 21 days, control group with no drug. Results： Both two drugs were observed significantly reduction in abnormal uterine bleeding after norplant implantation for contraception compared with control group, abnormal uterine bleeding were observed significantly reduction in marvelon group than premarin group. Conclu- sion： Both two drugs are effective in decreasing abnormal uterine bleeding after norplant implantation for contraception, in which marvelon is more ideal.
