摘要 介绍了光纤单色辐射式测温原理,建立了测温系统数学模型,针对恶劣环境下的温度测量问题,利用石英光纤束和窄带滤光片,设计了基于虚拟仪器技术的实时测温系统,阐述了系统工作原理和实现方法,以及系统的硬件和软件结构,说明了在虚拟仪器开发平台上进行数据采集与数据分析的实现方法,采用单片机硬件系统和LabVIEW软件系统以保证测量精度和稳定性,并实现了数据的存储和远程显示。本系统具有操作方便、可靠性高、功能全和可扩展性强等优点。 The principle of optical fiber homochromous radiation temperature measurement was described. The mathematical model was created. Aiming at the problem of temperature measurement in bad working environment, quartz optical fiber and narrow band filter were used to design a temperature measurement system in real time based on virtual instrument. Principle and method of the system, structure of hardware and software were expounded. The methods of data acquisition and data analysis on virtual instnnnents platform were explained. Single-chip hardware system and LabVIEW software were adapted to ensure the precision and stability, data storing and long- range display was realized. This system have the advantages of easily control, high reliability, numerous functions and easy for updated.
