摘要
针对电工技术实训室总电源控制台的控制需要,提出了以普通单片机为编码、译码电路的无线遥控系统的设计方案,阐述了发射装置、接收装置和执行机构的工作原理。在此基础上分析了编码和译码程序的设计,并给出了系统的程序设计框图。最后从硬件和软件两个方面提出了提高系统可靠性的具体措施。实践运行结果表明:该系统具有抗干扰能力强、性能稳定、可靠性高等优点,并且具有减轻劳动强度、提高劳动效率和消除安全隐患等功能,具有广泛的市场应用前景。
Based on the need for controlling the power main available in the electrotechnieal practice and training base, proposed a design scheme of wireless remote control system,which was depended on the coding and decoding circuit of the general single chip microcomputer, and elaborated the working principles of launcher device, receiving device and executing agency. On the basis of these, analysed the coding and decoding programming, as well as giving the system design diagram. Finally, according to the both aspects of hardware and software, some specific measures taken to improve the reliability of the system was proposed. Practice operation shows that the system has the characteristics of strong antijamming capability, stable performance, and high reliability. Further more, it can reduce the labor intensity, improve the labor efficiency and eliminate the security risks. This system will have broad market applications.
