摘要
针对某厂丁烯-1精馏装置运行中存在的问题,设计了一套全新的回流罐液位控制器结构。该方案采用回流量作为控制量,实现对精馏塔回流罐液位的稳定控制,同时使采出量随回流量成比例变化,提高了精馏塔回流比的易调节性。通过DCS上组态与参数整定,实现了设计的控制系统,取得了良好的控制效果,为后续的优化工作做好了准备。
A novel level control system structure for reflux tank of a butene-1 distillation column is presented. To use the reflux flowrate as the manipulated variable to control level of the reflux tank, and set the distillation flowrate to follow the change of reflux flowrate by a given ratio. The stable control of the level of the reflux tank is realized, and the easy adjusting of reflux ratio is improved. The control system implemented by configuration on DCS has steady control performance.
