摘要
针对汽车轮胎压力监视系统(TPMS),以NPX-Ⅰ传感器为主,介绍一种实现TPMS中的主要部分———远程轮胎压力监视模块(RTPM)的方法。阐述了NPX-Ⅰ芯片的体系结构、指令集及其特性,并具体给出了RTPM的硬件和软件实现方案。通过实际应用,采用NPX-Ⅰ传感器,避免了繁琐的数据校正和补偿,并利用其内部固化的子程序,可以较快地开发出RTPM模块,从而缩短开发周期,降低开发成本。
The new solution of the part of tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS) RTPM (remote tire pressure monitoring) will be introduced. It will describe the architecture, instruction set and its unique character of NPX -Ⅰ, and put forward the implementation of hardware and software for RTPM. It proves in practice, you can avoid to rectify and compensate the data adopted by NPX -Ⅰ and its sub- routine, so that the development of RTPM will be quick, also can reduce development cycle and development cost.
